seat no. 1

Apis seat no. 1 takes its name from the sacred bull of ancient Egypt, a figure associated with strength, fertility, and divine presence.

the reference remains hidden within the design, appearing as a suggestion: a symbolic force in the upper form, mirrored by an inverse gesture from the feminine universe in the sinuous lower curve.

the upholstered body and the metal line that traces and divides its parts turn the object into a graphic, comfortable seat.
